Please guys don't use them!!! I purchased a package today to NYC for 4 Days, we were excited it was our first major trip. Travelocity however decided to not only charge a $25 service fee just for talking to somebody who helped NONE AT ALL!!! They also "luckily" had me on the phone for 45 minutes, however it took less than a minute to book and for them to take your money. They say it is going to take 7-10 business days to see the money credited back in our account, what a joke!! When it took less than a button away to pay for the trip! I AM A HIGHLY UPSET CUSTOMER WHO WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO TRAVELOCITY!!!!!!! OMG!!! Please guys don’t use them!!! She was going to take her sister rather than her husband of 31years. Sounds like good therapy for a new widow. Well, Travelocity said she could not transfer it to another person even with a death certificate. Think before you book!!!!
