If you were pre-approved before, you will most likely be be approved if you apply via the http://www.SeaMiles.com site.

I received some time ago a pre-approved letter for a carnival sea miles credit card. Unfortunately I didn’t respond and threw the letter away. Is it possible to get pre-approved again?

I got my application aboard the cruise ship. But you can go to http://www.SeaMiles.com, and apply there.
