1. The Index is very poor. I tried looking up the Spy Museum and Holocaust Museum. Nothing under Spy or Holocaust. I looked under Museum, and then looked for Spy and Holocaust. I also looked for National ... museum.
   
   I went to the internet, and found that the full names are:
   
   International Spy Museum and United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
   
   To my way of thinking, Spy and Holocaust should have been in the index. When I have to use Google to find something in a book's index, I think that the index is useless.



2. Needed the book in a hurry and they turned it around in no time.



3. It took 4 weeks to receive the book from the time I ordered it- almost too late to get it before my trip departure date. The shipping label appeared to defective and maybe that was the problem in the delivery time. Also, the book was missing the tear out map and many pages contained someone's underlining. That isn't a big deal but it wasn't described that way.

1. A fantastic outdoor guide for the Washington area! Anyone living there, traveling there, visiting there, or even nearby in Oregon-Idaho-Montana-Wyoming-Utah had better get this book.

   Covers far more than you probably ever considered in outdoor activities: everything from hiking, biking, camping, wildlife watching, and river running, to snowboarding, windsurfing, scuba diving, saltwater kayaking, downhill skiing and cross-country skiing! Something for everybody, and all in Washington, with clubs, meets, maps, names, addresses, and phone numbers!

1. Washington state contains some of the most poignantly beautiful things I've ever seen. As a resident, I cherish all these sights and am very grateful to Chris Jacobson for documenting them. He does a fine job of capturing Washington's memorable beauty, including a San Juan sunset and Seattle with the Cascades. I'd highly recommend this collection for anyone, especially if you, like me, love the sights of the Emerald State.
