1. At first glance one may disgard this work as "just another documentary on wildlife..." absolutely not, I could not believe the production, editing and narrating skills. It is a high class proffessional work and I have nothing but praise for it. The film made me need to go there, I want nothing more than to roam around in the unspoilt beauty of nature at it's most powerful and awe inspiring. If you are yet to see this masterpiece, I advise you to do so at your soonest convenience. My final words on this film: Life changing

I read Mr T.D.Newt's review of this video, I expected to be dissapointed when I actually saw the video for myself, I was not, Mr Newt was 100% correct, it really is a work of art which is unparalelled in modern screen history. I'm not easily excited by this type of footage, but I have to admit I did well up at some of the purer moments of beauty in this fine effort. I would urge any one who has not witnessed this to immediately seek it out.

1. a paranoiac vision of the future, from the montypython animator and director of twelve monkeys.
   the misadventures of sam lowry struggling to correct a clerical error with possibly fatal consequences whilst getting swamped in a sea of beurocratic fascist lunacy.

   great twist at the end, one of the best sci fi films ever.

3. A very well produced program about the history of America's love affair with the open road and Route 66. We have traveled over 2,000 of the 2,250 miles and loved every one of them.
   
   You may not know that the next Disney/ Pixar movie called "Cars" is due to be released in the summer of 2006. It takes place along Route 66. There is no doubt that after the release, interest in the "Mother Road" will increase greatly. And as with all "fads", over-commercialization will be rampant.
   
   My advice to you is to view this video - then get out and see Route 66 NOW! - before it is spoiled by Hollywood.
