1. This was a great documentary on Route 66 it went into detail about the road and what makes it a great icon of the United States. Also a special feature of this dvd is it helps you designate where you should go if you decide to take a trip down the mother road. Also it provides video post cards of each state that Route 66 passes through (to include Kansas).

1. I preordered it from amazon before anyone wrote any reviews on it. I personally got the impression from cover and the DVD title that it will be more a documentary on India. Didn't expect it to be a documentary on Jim Cobert on whom I heard so many stories as a child. A documentary that is made very poorly without creating any interest in it!
   
   The only reason I gave 3 stars is the nostalgic appeal it had to me reminding of my school days when we all loved hearing stories about Jim Cobert and his hunt for man-eating tigers!
   
   "Tiger - the king of India" would have been an approprite name for this documentary.



2. You will most likely be very disappointed if you expect to see footage of Bengal tiger in its natural surroundings. There is very little footage of real tigers in the wild. Most of the movie is about some Indian villagers who hired a British hunter to kill a tiger that attacked and killed one of their villagers. Even a National Geographic documentary utterly sucks on this DVD. It shows some Indian movie star that lives in New York City and then goes back to her country to see tigers in the wild. They talk about poaching and loss of natural tiger habitat, but there is very little footage of tigers in this documentary. So far, I could not find anything that even comes close to BBC series: The Life of the Mammals, Blue Planet, and Life in the Freezer with David Attenborough.



3. History of man's contact with tigers in India. My kids loved it! far better than the usual cartoon, more in line with National Geographic specials. Spectacular scenery.



4. Beaytiful scenery, but an utterly boring story.Perhaps it came off better in the original IMAX, but I doubt it.



5. This was well done and very informative. A perfect choice to watch for relaxation and learning together. I found the video to be just the right length.

1. A wonderful look into some of the most revered distilleries on Islay. The personalities of the individual distillers is revealed through the interviews, and that is pleasant indeed. There is none of the snobbery that seems to be associated with Scotch whisky in general, and yet the excellent craftsmanship shines through. Highly recommended to anyone who loves an Islay malt, and who is curious about its origins.

1. We were planning a first-time trip to Montreal, and I was surprised to find nothing available in the way of a travel shows at the video stores or the library. I was very happy with the "Montreal" DVD I ordered. It was intelligently written, and showed a number of the top tourist areas in Montreal (lots of emphasis food and eating). It was definitely an asset in planning the trip, and I was able to locate many of the places shown in the video when we visited. My only criticism is that it was too short - something like 28 minutes.

1. Very interesting, lovely scenery, learned a lot about malt whiskey. Not being a whiskey drinker, I was mainly wanting to see more of Clann an Drumma, the featured band. I saw them live at the Scottish Games at Grandfather Mountain, N.C. and they were awesome! I have since found their website and will order their CD's from there.

   here you step into a deep descent into Islay world.
   Many aspect was captured by great image and videos, accompained by a great music and editing.Excellent image quality and a good timing let you entertain Islay, and for who was been there almost one time, it miss more than before, and for anyone who never been there, desire of a travel increase incredibly.An excellent purchase of a professional product.You learn so much think, right for the passionist than for the expert.In One word:BUY!
