- As is apparently the case with other titles in this reprint series -- in other cases the problem is more serious -- no introductory information is given. One might as well consult the text on the web, where it is available without cost. Is this reproduction that of the first edition, for example? Or? I would have expected much more from a so-called "university" reprint. It's handy to have a hard copy of the text but it is shorn of all its important context.
