1 comments about Woodall's '97 North American Campground Directory: The Complete Guide to Campgrounds, Rv Parks, Service Centers & Attractions (Serial).
- We have used this campground directory for over 20 years. Its the most accurate and complete book of its type. Each year the magazine section of the directory offers new and informative articles arranged around a theme and with the camping traveler in mind. Their web site is also very well organized and user friendly

1 comments about A Man's Guide to Mexico and Cuba 1996 (Travel Series (Beverly Hills, Calif.).).
- The publication of the guidebook automatically makes it destined for success. Since there are so few guidebooks for Gay travelers, these specialized editions are long overdue and extremely welcome. Future editions should include color photographs, brief interviews with local men and women in the various cities, brief commentaries by travelers---listing the good, the bad, and the 'watch out'! These brief commentaries can include the actual experiences of travellers. They can write of who they met, where, and what transpired. All of course in a friendly and dignified (?) manner. Then too, it would be helpful for the traveller to get specific addresses of not only the bars, restaurants, and tourist hangouts, but also the spots that are frequented by local gays. Advise the reader of any friendship clubs or organizations in the various cities. Tell the reader about friendly citizens that are willing to act as guides or informational services. This is the real world. It's time for Senor Cordova to compete with Moon, Lonely Planet, and Fodor's Publications. He will definitely get a good share of the market!

1 comments about Mexico Travel Reference Map.
- Yes, it's useful. And relatively good. However, in addition that the colors are a bit strong, and often it's hard to see the roads, the information seems to be a bit outdated. Important roads in Yucatan, several "autopistas", and some reservoirs are missing, though most of them have been completed several years ago. It's a bit of a pitty that ITMB's usually good quality is becoming bad by not investing enough time into updating the information.
