- If you are looking for a tourist guide to the different parts of Germany, this book would probably be very satisfying, although you would probably also wind up getting guides to the particular areas you were going to.
On the other hand, if your interest was largely in the history of the various parts, you would likely be disappointed: the history sections are fairly brief.
